Personal destruction is accelerated by giving in to the temptation to believe ones critics

If they are big and you are small, you are mobile and they are slow, you are hidden and they are exposed then only fight battles you know you can win. Capture their weapons and use them against them, that way they are supplying you. You grow stronger as they grow weaker.

Swashbucklers follow their hearts and trust their instincts. They are rogues. They are gentlemen.
They have a sparkle in their eye, a swagger in their walk and a fire in their loins. They are strong, fit and super healthy. They love life with every fibre of their being.
 Swash bucklers take photos and collect trophies. They have no regrets and make no excuses.
 On observing a swashbuckler in full flight, others should think: "My, he's a thrusting chap!"

Finally we would like to highlight that at this point based on current performance there will be no more additional pressure or aggressive rhetoric, simply dry and matter-of-fact consequences

A person un-willing to take risks is doomed never to learn, never to grow, never to live.

Secrets are an important aspect of power. 

Nature commits no errors. Right and wrong are human categories.

Military victories are meaningless unless they reflect the wishes of the populace. A leader exists only to clarify those wishes. He executes the popular will, or his time will be short.

When you ask a question, do you truly want to know the answer

Too much knowledge never makes for simple decisions.

The purpose of argument is to change the nature of truth.

Learn from the past, never use it as an anchor.

We consider goals to be end products, and they are deadly if one becomes fixated on them.

Never underestimate the power of the human mind to believe what it wants to believe, no matter what the conflicting evidence.

Body and mind are two phenomena, but of one and the same reality.

There exists no way of exchanging information without making judgements.

What is each man but a memory for those who follow.

A man may fight the greatest enemy, take the longest journey, survive the most grievous wound - and still be helpless in the hands of the woman he loves.

Enemies strengthen you, allies weaken.

The mystery of life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.

Freedom is an elusive concept. Some men hold themselves prisoner even when they have the power to do as they please and go where they choose, while others are free in their hearts, even as shackles restrain them.

One uses power by grasping it lightly. To grasp with too much force is to be taken over by power, thus becoming it's victim.
