24th April 2007 email from Ian with additional guidance
All,

A few more things for whitwell.

1 - you can camp on fri eve, but you need to let ME know by friday, when I'll call and let how many are coming, in terms of timings, I believe you can gain access at any time but will check - assume you can.

2 - Please also bring a copy of the SAILING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE TWINAME THIS WKND

Also, apparently, the campsite is now full - please see alternative information (I recommend you book asap)

http://www.ryaracingevents.org.uk/regattas/et2007/Accommodation.htm

I'm away on business for the next few days but will try and get on-line.

I'll definitely be back on-line on thursday eve.

Thanks,

Ian

6- please come ready for the warm up

Many thanks,

23rd April 2007 email from Ian
Hello all,

A quick note on Whitwell this weekend.

Please find attached the plan for this weekend, and the groups you'll be sailing in.

I will find out about camping asap and come back to you on that.

If you have any queries regarding the wknd, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Remember, Oli Woodcock will be joining us for the weekend, so you need to put on a good show for him and also, parents, any queries about programmes / national squad selection etc etc can be discussed then.

Thanks,

Ian

Additional note:

All,

By the way, there is potential to go shortboarding after coaching finishes on saturday night (if the forecast comes good).

Should this occur, I believe off the water time is 6.30pm and this sailing would not be covered by RYA coaches (the centre staff will cover it). I will confirm this tomorrow.

Thanks,

Ian
