Hello all,

Provisional plan for Chase attached. A few key points:

When you arrive, please come in gear for a warm-up (if we decide to do this before you get changed).

Provisional plan is attached - nb this is subject to change.

As per previous emails, sessions will commence at 9.30am. Also, provisional groups are attached.

Please review the forecast prior to the wknd - you will need warm clothing on sunday!

Please remember your zone squad files / and bring a notebook / pen.

Have a look at the plan B's, but there is NO need to prepare specific homework for the sessions (this will come after the weekend!)

Hello All,

Just a quick follow up regarding Chase. I will circulate the full plan next week.

I suggest you aim to arrive by 9.15 - the training will commence at 9.30am, finishing at 4.30pm (the club gates will be open from 8.45am).

- I've had confirmation that Chase will allow us to camp over night (and there is small room to pitch a tent if needed)

- For those camping overnight, the club have offered to leave the loo's open

- For those staying overnight, the club have also offered to keep the bar open

- We have access to the dry room and the wet room over the weekend.

- The galley will be serving food

- There will be club racing in the afternoon on both days - therefore please keep your kit tidy

If you have any further queries on the above, please let me know and I'll check it out with Chase.

Many thanks to Chase for hosting us - remember, you guys are representing the RYA at the club.

Good sailing,

Ian
