Hi Guys,

A quick update on a few things coming up.

1 - I've had a few emails / bit of confusion re the Zone Champs - these are at Notts County on 29/30th September - if you wish to be in the zone squad next year you need to be there - more details to follow

2 - Details on the campsite for West Kirby will be circulated this week

3 - The plan for west Kirby will be circulated in the run up to our last training session this year

4 - I will be attending to support those of you entering Tenby for the UKWA

5 - I have been contacted by someone who's after a techno - if you have one for sail, let me know and I'll put you in touch

6 - If anyone lost a Nike trainer at the Twiname, let me know.
