Twinwoods 2003 At Twinwoods YANKS members were able to dig foxholes (Note to aspiring event organisers everywhere - let 'em dig!), which gave an extremely authentic WW2 feel. The event was held at the same airfield that popular singer and musician Glen Miller took off from and never returned to, in 1944. Little Gransden Airshow 2003 Little Gransden highlights included the presence of an ex-US Air Force P-51 'pursuit' aircraft still airworthy, and the downing and subsequent capture of the crew of a German Fiesler Storch aircraft by YANK troopers!
